Recipe.. Again

Hari ni sabtuday!
Yeay cuti! 
Mommy boleh masak special kat Anaqi
Today's menu is baby pasta with chicken and creamy corn sauce.
Resepinya...

Baby pasta with chicken
Bahan:
Baby pasta - rebus dgn chicken stok 
Olive oil
Minced chicken
Carrot
Chicken stok 
Bawang putih

Cara:
Panaskan kuali dgn olive oil.
Tumis bawang putih
Masukkan isi ayam, carrot and chicken stok.
Masak sampai carrot empuk.

Dalam bekas lain masukkan pasta yg direbus td. Kemudian masukkan ayam yg dimasak td. Lastly sprinkled dgn cheese.
Pastu bakar sekejap saje (just nak cairkan cheese). 

Utk creamy corn sauce pulak ni resepinya..
 Bahan-bahan:
Jagung - stim and blend
Natural yogurt
Unsalted butter

Cara:
Panaskan kuali dgn butter.
Masukkan jagung yg siap diblend tadi.
Lastly masuk sedikit saja yogurt.
Masak dgn api yg perlahan.

Little Prince's Lunch

Assalamualaikum

Phew! Lamaaaaaaaaaaaaaaanya tak berblog.
Apa aku buat ntah. Orang lain bizi jugak kennn?
Oklah! I nak cite benda lain sebenarnya. Pasal anak I lah ape lagi huehue.

Tau tak ni fakta. 
Pejam, celik, pejam, celik, Anaqi dah reach 8months old.
Dah boleh makan dah.
As a first time mommy, excited lah kan nak prepare menu utk anak.
Hari-hari bangun awal pagi masak.

Hari ni just nak share menu Anaqi.
Porridge with spinach soup.
Cheesy grilled fish.

Resepi Spinach soup :
Bawang merah
Bawang Putih
Serbuk ikan bilis (homemade)
Bayam merah
Air
Olive oil

Cara:
Tumbuk halus bawang merah dan bawang putih.
Tumis guna minyak olive oil.
Dah layu, masukkan air.
Serbuk ikan bilis, didihkan.
Lastly, masukkan bayam. 
Agak dah bayam nak layu, tutup api.

Chessy grilled fish recipe:
Fillet ikan merah (red snapper)
Olive oil 
Unsalted butter - cairkan
Cheddar / Mozarella cheese 

Cara :
Marinated fillet ikan dgn unsalted butter.
Letakkan sikit saje olive oil. Sprinkled dgn ceese and boleh bakar dlm oven or atas non stick pan. Pandai-pandai lah control api. Hehe. 😄😄
